What is Kreditz?

Kreditz is an AI-powered financial insights company that helps businesses improve their credit decision-making process. Their innovative solutions automate the retrieval and analysis of customers' current income and expenses, offering a comprehensive understanding of customer finances.

Kreditz goes beyond simply providing infrastructure; it delivers finished products and solutions that empower operators to make faster, more informed customer decisions.

With a player's consent, operators can receive 12 months of bank statements in a cleaner and automated fashion by using Kreditz. Instead of players needing to send numerous bank documents and statements, Kreditz conveniently provides this data to operators.

How does Expekt use Kreditz?

At Expekt, we work hard to ensure a safe gambling experience for you. Part of this involves asking some customers for Source of Income documentation, as required by our gambling license. The purpose of this is to establish how customers are financing their activity with us. To establish this, we ask customers to provide personal documentation such as payslips, tax returns, bank statements, and invoices.

Alternatively, with a customer's consent, we can receive 12 months of bank statements from a selected bank via our partner, Kreditz. The advantage of this is that customers do not need to manually provide documents – saving time and stress – and we receive 12 months of data, aiding Source of Income verification.

What does this mean for me?

With Kreditz, you can easily provide your financial information securely and quickly. This is made possible by the EU directive PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2), which allows you, as a consumer, upon your explicit consent, to share your bank data with Expekt. This allows you to gain access to products and services where we need to know more about your financial position, as required by our gaming license.

The verification is completely digital, and you identify yourself in the same way as when you log in to your bank. Once your approval has been granted, we will receive your bank statements from the bank or banks you selected for the past 12 months.

How does it work?

You, as a player, will receive an email from us at Expekt where we ask you to verify your financial information via our partner, Kreditz.

From here, it's simple!

1. Select your primary bank (or multiple banks if you use more than one).
2. Authenticate with your bank(s) using your bank credentials via Kreditz's AISP-provider*.
3. After a successful connection, you will see a ‘thank you’ page confirming that the process is complete.

Is my data safe when using Kreditz?

Kreditz does not save your personal details after they have been submitted to Expekt, who then becomes the data controller. As the data controller, Expekt adheres to strict license, regulatory, and GDPR requirements to ensure your data’s safety.
